Compassion Fatigue
It’s been said, “The expectation that we can be immersed in suffering and loss daily and not be touched by it is as unrealistic as expecting to be able to walk through water without getting wet.”

This training provides participants the opportunity to learn how to recognize when they are feeling burnout vs compassion fatigue and when secondary stress is impacting their ability to successfully do their job. We will discuss the importance of organizational support through reflective practice and supervision and strategies to take to reduce compassion fatigue.

Confidentiality & Ethics
This training will give a clear understanding of social work core values and ethics through knowledge regarding confidentiality, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements. Participants will be presented with information concerning conflicts of interest and boundaries and will have the opportunity to demonstrate an understanding of this training through discussion and practice. Three hours of continuing education units are available from this Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board approved ethics training.

This course will teach employees about the importance of connecting with people of vast cultures and backgrounds in today’s workplace.

Home Health Worker Safety
This training gives providers insight into specific strategies that can be utilized to keep them safe and aware when working in the community.

Promoting Customer Service With Partners & Clients
This training reviews effective skills to promote customer service, client satisfaction, and effective communication. Your employees will be amazed at how providing great customer service will increase company morale.

Respect in the Workplace
All individuals deserve a workplace where employees treat each other and their clients with courtesy, dignity, and respect. This training focuses on how to ensure these three values are incorporated in the work environment. Areas of discussion include respect of differences, productive work environment, and sexual harassment.

Salesforce®
Participants in this training course will learn the basics of Salesforce®. They will learn the key components of Salesforce® and why it is a beneficial tool in the nonprofit sector. This training will provide new users an experienced, guided approach to the Salesforce® system that will enable their organization to utilize the CRM Software to significantly impact their organization’s ability to achieve their mission/s and improve their overall efficiency.
